People Speaking (2017), Mixed Media: Watercolor, Tempera, Acrylic on Paper Fabriano 600 g, 41,5x57,5 cm, by Italian contemporary artist Annemarie Ambrosoli (ICA - International Certified Artist) This watercolor comes directly from the Artist's Studio This watercolor painting depicts a people meeting. We perceive that there is a contact between the figures which are painted half-length. They are very colorful and convey joy and good humor. The color tones of the work are very harmonious. The work is framed with passepartout and glass. The frame measures 63 x 79 x 2 cm. The frame is dark blue color which greatly enhances the watercolor painting. Hand-signed by the Artist front lower central left part, dated and signed on the verso of the paper Certificate of Authenticity included issued by the Artist Annemarie Ambrosoli's figures are a symbolic representation of the human figure, which is simplified and stylized. The third dimension is eliminated, she paints flat figures, without shadows, with circles, shapes and where lively color predominates. In her paintings she likes to tell moments of everyday life, but her inspirations include the unexpected feeling and thoughts generated by poetry and music.
